Kukui Corp. has launched an upgrade to the direct mail services in its software marketing platform.
“The goal is to make postcard marketing as easy as possible, so shop owners can enjoy the benefits of this type of outreach without having to spend hours researching who to target or what type of offer to make,” said Chris Price, a product architect with Kukui.
The upgrade will allow shops to send postcard campaigns to their customers more frequently to improve retention rates, Kukui said. Shops can build campaigns around factory recommended service reminders, previously declined services and seasonal specials as well as thank you notes to customers.
Each postcard, designed by Kukui, includes a separate tracking number, so shops can determine how many calls were generated by a campaign. The software also tracks who was sent a postcard, which customers are due for another mailing and total budget.
