Kenda USA is in launching a new value-priced light truck and SUV tire – the Kenda Klever H/T2 KR600.
Designed for highway driving, the Klever H/T2 KR600 features an optimized footprint for better wear and handling under different loads and strong shoulder blocks help handling and cornering stability, the tiremaker said. Additionally, the tire has snow sipes and more lateral groove densities for improved traction and stability in wet and snow conditions, as well as wide circumferential grooves to improve wet traction and deter hydroplaning, Kenda said.
The tire is backed by a 50,000-mile warranty for LT sizes and a 60,000-mile warranty for P-metric sizes.
The Klever H/T2 was designed at the Kenda American Technical Center in Green, Ohio, and is available for order in 14 sizes, in 16- to 20-inch rim diameters. Delivery is expected by Q3.
