Wholesale tire distributor K&M Tire announced plans to construct a 50,000 square foot warehouse on 3.6 acres of property in Barnesville, Minn. Construction on the distribution center, the company’s 13th, is slated to begin in early summer.
Founded in 1970, Delphos, Ohio-based K&M Tire currently operates 12 warehouses in 10 states, servicing customers in more than 15 states from Ohio to the Dakotas. The company distributes 19 brands of passenger and light truck tires, seven brands of commercial truck tires, and eight brands of farm and utility tires. K&M Tire stated it plans to continue to look for growth opportunities throughout the Midwest.
The Barnesville warehouse will serve dealers in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
