Nexen Ranks 4th in J.D. Power OE Customer Satisfaction Segment

Nexen Tire Corp. ranked 4th out of 12 tire brands in the Passenger Car segment of the 2016 J.D. Power Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Study.

“This study’s results showcase the remarkable growth of Nexen Tire,” said Nexen Tire. Adding that, “Through continuous investments in R&D, Nexen Tire will continue to improve product quality and technology in order to increase global customer satisfaction and become a top global player amongst tire manufacturers.”

Nexen Tire increased 82 points in the ‘Tire Wear’ factor from the 2015 study. Factors in the tire satisfaction study consist of tire ride, tire traction and handling, tire wear, and tire appearance.
