Interstate Batteries was recently recognized as one of the “Top 500 Technology Innovators” by InformationWeek magazine for its sales and service model.
The magazine cites the company’s effectiveness in its MarketIQ program. The program, said the company, redesigns the business approach to sales and service while streamlining communications with stakeholders, improving operations with dealers, and more accurately identifying and satisfying customer needs.
“The Interstate Batteries MarketIQ program is the culmination of innovation and work our team has been developing for more than a decade,” said Merv Tarde, Interstate Batteries chief information officer and vice president of facilities, real estate and information technology. “This recognition exemplifies our outrageous dependability and consummate dedication to our consumers and stakeholders every day.”
Each year InformationWeek identifies and honors the nation’s most innovative users of information technology with its annual InformationWeek 500 listing.
