Hunter says its new new GSP9600HD ForceMatch wheel balancer offers vibration management and wheel uniformity measurement to a wide range of vehicles from passenger cars to heavy-duty trucks. The balancer uses loaded roller contact to measure runout of a tire and rim assembly and minimize wheel-related vibration for wheels with rims from 10 to 30 in. diameter and assembly weights up to 500 lbs. On automotive and light-truck applications, the balancer can cut wheel weight costs 30% to 40%, reduce service time with more single-spin balances and provide a better overall balance, Hunter says.
