Hub Tire Center Marks 50th Anniversary

In 1963, Charles and Eve Weber purchased a tire store; the following year, they incorporated Hub Tire Center in St. Johns, Mich. While Charles and Eve retired in 1985, the company remained in the family – their three children Lynn Weber, Sandy Winn and David Weber purchased the business.

The dealership recently celebrated 50 years in business with a customer appreciation day complete with a cruise-in car show, pig roast, music, trophies and a special drawing for veterans, according to the Lansing State Journal.

“We will never take you for granted and will always be there to help you and this wonderful community,” Winn said, adding that the dealership wanted to thank past and future clients with a big event. “Honesty, integrity, professionalism and fair – that’s our business statement. We’re looking forward to a lot more years serving this fine community.”
