While the RMA and TIA continue their “study” of the tire aging issue in North America, there are countless headlines like the one above coming from around the continent.
In this case, an East Prairie, Mo., couple bought a brand new set of tires last March. After one of the tires failed after less than two months of service no one was hurt they discovered the “new” tires had actually been produced in 1991.
