Hankook Shoots and Scores With Hockey Canada

Hankook Tire Canada Corp. has scored exclusive promotion rights and event sponsorship at Hockey Canada events.

The three-year promotional program makes Hankook a significant marketing partner with the country’s national hockey organization.

The deal covers six national events, including the Telus Cup, RBC Cup, Esso Cup, the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge, the National Women’s Under-18 Championship and the World Junior A Challenge, as well as sponsorship at the Hockey Canada Foundation Celebrity Classic, Hockey’ Canada’s major fundraiser.

“Hockey is king for Canadians, and we believe the partnership will provide wonderful opportunities to be closer with consumers throughout Canada,” says Bryan Woo, president of Hankook Tire Canada.
