Hankook Rolls Out First Tire Made in U.S.

Hankook Tire America Corp. is expanding its passenger tire segment with the release of the Kinergy PT (H737) all-season tire. This is the first tire from the company to be made exclusively in the U.S. at its new plant in Clarksville, Tenn.

Hankook Tire America Corp. is expanding its passenger tire segment with the release of the Kinergy PT (H737) all-season tire. This is the first tire from the company to be made exclusively in the U.S. at its new plant in Clarksville, Tenn.

The Kinergy PT has enhanced traction and a strong rolling resistance profile to improve mileage performance according to Hankook. The tread design incorporates a high-stiffness center rib and unique circumferential out grooves for water evacuation.

The tire will be available for purchase starting September 25 through Hankook certified dealers.

Nexen Tire to be the official tire partner of the San Diego Padres

Nexen Tire will be featured on a variety of marketing assets, including billboards and in-ballpark branding at Petco Park.

Nexen Tire America recently revealed a multi-year partnership with the Major League Baseball team San Diego Padres, spanning the 2024-27 seasons. As the Padres' exclusive tire partner, Nexen Tire will be featured on a variety of marketing assets, including digitally enhanced billboards, in-ballpark branding, mound signage, and more, at Petco Park. In 2023, the Padres drew the second-highest attendance in all of MLB.
