Michael Perkins was named the new regional director of sales for the southeastern United States for Hankook Tire America Corp.
“Michael brings a wealth of tire industry knowledge and experience with him to Hankook,” said Shawn Denlein, senior vice president of sales, Hankook Tire America Corp. “His addition to Hankook’s sales team will allow us to further our dedication to our dealer partners in the Southeast and continue our positive growth in the United States.”
Perkins will oversee the company’s sales operations in southern states including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia, the tiremaker said.
He has 27 years of tire industry experience and has previously worked with Reliable Tire Co., K&M Tire Inc. and Bridgestone/Firestone.
