Hankook Tire Co. has made changes in its European leadership. The tiremaker has appointed Gangseung Lee vice president of marketing and sales for Europe. Lee will be replaced by Jong Jin Park who been promoted to managing director of Hankook’s UK operation.
Lee will be based at the company’s European headquarters. In his previous role as managing director of the UK, Lee helped Hankook grow its brand and market share in the region. Lee replaces Hee-Se Ahn, who will serve as the chief operating officer at Hankook Tire’s American headquarters.
Park has more than 10 years industry experience, starting with Hankook at the company’s global headquarters in 2004. In his new position, he’ll be responsible for expanding Hankook’s presence in the UK market.
