Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has set the Guinness World Record for constructing the World’s Largest Game of Cornhole. The tiremaker constructed the super-sized game to commemorate the 80th Annual Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic on New Year’s Eve in Arlington, Texas.
Students from Michigan State University and University of Alabama played the game using a 64-foot by 32-foot cornhole board and threw beanbags from the Goodyear Blimp Wingofoot One from more than 200 feet above the game board.
Goodyear constructed the cornhole board at its Goodyear Blimp base in Pompano Beach, Fla.
Michigan State University and University of Alabama faced off in the College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic, with Alabama taking the win.
