The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has introduced the Armor Max Pro Grade MSD tire for hardworking construction, cement, dump and coal field trucks.
“Part of the Goodyear Total Solution for fleets, the Goodyear Armor Max Pro Grade MSD builds on the toughness of the popular Goodyear G177, while providing enhanced traction, miles to removal and retread ability,” said Evan Perrow, marketing manager at Goodyear.
The tire features Goodyear’s DuraSeal Technology, which seals nail-hole punctures up to 1/4 of a inch. Additionally, the tire has a premium-casing for enhance retreadability, a tough tread compound for chip and chunking resistance as well as a cool-base compound to promote longer tread life and rolling resistance, Goodyear said.
The Armor Max Pro Grade MSD is also Greenhouse Gas compliant. Currently, the tire is available in three sizes: 11R22.5, 11R24.5 and 12R22.5, all Load Range H.
