Lyn Lovell, previously director of government compliance and product performance, was named director of global technology planning, a new position created to “increase the speed at which new products get to market, maintain technical leadership, and ensure alignment with business needs,” according to Goodyear.

Greg Camarato, formerly regional technology director for Goodyear’s Asia Pacific group, is replacing Lovell as director of government compliance and product performance. Patrice Omont replaces Camarato as regional technology director for the Asia Pacific region, and will be based in Shanghai, China. He was previously manager of development and product analysis based in Amiens, France.

Pawan Handa, formerly manager of tire vehicle engineering technology, was named director of global tire performance prediction and will be based at Goodyear’s Luxembourg Technical Center.
