Goodyear Makes ‘Fortune 500’ List

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has once again made Fortune magazine’s annual “Fortune 500” list of the largest companies in the U.S. This is the 63rd consecutive year the tiremaker has made the list.

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has once again made Fortune magazine’s annual “Fortune 500” list of the largest companies in the U.S. This is the 63rd consecutive year the tiremaker has made the list.

With sales of $15.2 billion in 2016, Goodyear ranked 184th overall and fourth in the magazine’s Motor Vehicles and Parts category.

The “Fortune 500” listing ranks U.S. companies by sales. Companies are ranked by total revenues for their respective fiscal years. To make the list this year, a company had to post sales of $5.14 billion.

The complete “Fortune 500” list is available in magazine’s June 15 issue and on its website, www.fortune.com.
