Giti Tire (USA) Inc. promoted Matt Hanchana to the position of sales technical service manager.
Previously Hanchana served as technical service coordinator for Giti. He joined the company in Dec. 2012.
In this position, he will be responsible for delivering the development and execution of the company’s sales technical service activities for passenger, light truck and commercial tire sales and marketing, the tiremaker said. Hanchana will focus on policies and procedures, warranty programs, technical data collection, technical sales, and after-sales support and training.
“Matt has proven to be a tremendous asset to our customers, and we look forward to his continued contributions in his new position with increased responsibilities,” said Armand Allaire, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Giti.
