Fitment Group and Size It Up Announce Merger

Fitment Group and Size It Up, the leading providers of tire and wheel fitment data have announced a merger.

Fitment Group and Size It Up, the leading providers of tire and wheel fitment data have announced a merger. The combined companies will operate under the Fitment Group brand and will based out of the corporate office in Duluth, Minn.

Combining data sets, Fitment Group now has 148,000 vehicles from the current model year and reaching back into the 1930’s. Offering OE, OE optional, plus sizing, winter sizing, tire and wheel packages, nuts/bolts, lifted trucks/SUV’s/Jeeps and hub ring data points. An AAIA ACES based vehicle list powers the combined data set; assisting with integration into other ACES based POS, ERP and web sites.

“We are very excited to work together and provide the industry with the most comprehensive, accurate, complete and actionable tire and wheel data base available in the marketplace,” said J.P. Brooks, director of business development. “Brian [Inge, Size It Up Founder] and Size It Up will greatly increase the level of expertise and intimate industry knowledge to Fitment Group as a whole.”

Fitment Group was founded in 1998 by Tiegen Fryberger and provides tire demand planning, tire pricing analytics, tire catalog data along with tire and wheel fitment data.

Size It Up was founded in 2002 by Brian Inge and has focused primarily on tire and wheel fitment data, engineering and analysis.
