The “Voice of the Customer” product consists of real-time, Web-based reporting of store rankings, trends, and goal performance on demand 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Reporting includes actual customer voice or text comments plus customer callback tracking.

Mindshare leverages ‘traditional’ customer survey methods, such as comment cards, outbound telephone surveys, paper surveys and exit interviews but also uses interactive voice response surveys (IVR) and Web-based surveys. Customers elect to take the automated survey by toll free phone number or Web and receive a store-discount incentive in return.
