Firestone Brand Hits the Bigs

Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire’s Firestone brand will serve as a sponsor for Major League Baseball’s opening week and key events, including the World Series.

BFNAT signed a deal with Fox Sports Network to place the Firestone brand on the network’s MLB opening week coverage.

During opening day and opening week festivities, the Firestone brand will be a presenting sponsor of the 25 MLB teams featured on Fox Sports Network affiliates. The brand will be featured in more than 2,200 30-second advertisements during MLB programming.

In addition, Firestone brand ads will appear in game-day programs for 29 U.S.-based MLB teams, and in programs for the MLB All-Star Game, the National League Championship Series, the American League Championship Series and the World Series. The Firestone logo will also appear during televised games and highlighted in a custom, animated Fox Box “Leaders” feature. (Tire Review/Akron)
