Falken Tires Revealing Low Maintenance Concept, New Tires at MATS

Falken Tires is unveiling its Low Maintenance Concept (LMC) and newest commercial tires during the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) in Louisville, Ky.

Those who visit the Falken booth (#20035) will get a first-hand look at the LMC for medium truck radials, which highlights development and production techniques to improve performance in four key areas: mileage, even wear, durability, and low rolling resistance, Falken said. According to the tiremaker, focusing on these four key areas will help reduce overall operating costs.

“To explain at the simplest level, our low maintenance tires help minimize downtime and keep trucks on the road longer with minimal hassle,” said Raul Garcia, commercial tire product planning, Falken Tires.

Falken Tires will also display its full truck and bus radial tire lineup, including its four newest commercial truck products: the RI130 EcoRun (line haul steer application), the RI150 EcoRun (regional all-position application), the BI830 EcoRun (line haul drive application), and the BI850 (regional drive, open shoulder application).

Booth visitors will also be eligible to win prizes.
