Paolo Ferrari has joined Bridgestone Corp. as head of the tiremaker’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) business unit. He’s also joined the Bridgestone Europe board of directors and executive committee.

Prior to joining Bridgestone, Ferrari served as CEO of Pirelli’s LATAM division, and also served as the head of the tiremaker’s North American business. In addition to his roles with Pirelli, Ferrari has held various roles with Telecom Italia Group in Italy, Germany and the U.K.

Ferrari will be based out of Zaventem, Belgium.
