Dunn Tire Adds Overnight Tire Services in Select Locations

Dunn Tire has introduced a new overnight drop-off option to better service customers during the busy winter tire season.

Overnight services will be limited to tire changeovers and new tire installs and are available from Nov. 2 through mid-December at the following Dunn Tire retail stores: Amherst, Clarence, Blasdell, Camillus and DeWitt, N.Y.

“We continually strive to provide our customers with world-class service,” said Robert Clark, managing director of retail operations. “As we prepare for the upcoming winter tire changeover period, we anticipate full schedules…We’re confident this flexible service will help accommodate busy schedules, minimize wait times and differentiate our brand. It’s another step in delivering a unique and professional experience at Dunn Tire.”

Customers seeking to take advantage of the new service would need to call a participating store to schedule an appointment. Customers would arrive at the store by 6 p.m. to consult with a sales professional, evaluate vehicle condition and confirm services. The vehicle would then be ready for pickup the following morning one hour before regular store hours begin.

Based in Buffalo, N.Y., Dunn Tire has 30 retail locations from Erie, Pa., to Syracuse, N.Y.
