Doleco USA Adds Sales Management Positions

Doleco USA has added two new sales management positions in an effort to enhance its presence in the North American market.

Tom Haughs has joined the company as vice president of sales and Bob Abrahamson has joined the company as the new west coast account manager.

“The U.S. market offers great potential for expanding our reach and this move underlines our commitment to becoming a major player here,” said Ralph Abato, president of Doleco USA. “Our new sales team members, Tom Haughs and Bob Abrahamson, bring a wealth of experience and knowledge of the North American market to help us enhance our client base.”

Haughs has almost 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, having worked for several cargo control companies in heavy duty trucking.

Abrahamson brings more than 40 years of industry experience to his new role, and spent 17 years working for a trailer manufacturer where he worked with the customer side of the business.

Maxxis sponsored athletes Michael McFayden and Ethan Ebert finished the Mint 400 on the podium and Trey Gibbs turned in a fourth place performance in his class and seventh overall. The Minto 400 is coined “The Great American Off-Road Race.”

McFayden was second in UTV Pro NA, finishing the four-lap race in nine hours, 24 minutes and 38 seconds. He drove his Honda Talon on Maxxis RAZR XT tires. Ebert finished with a third-place spot on the 2WD podium and 13th overall, with a final time of seven hours, 41 minutes and 46 seconds. His Honda Ridgeline was outfitted with the same RAZR MT tires. Also riding RAZR MTs, Gibbs cracked the overall top 10 in seventh place and was fourth in Unlimited Spec after finishing in seven hours, 17 minutes and 46 seconds.
