An Oceanside, Calif., tire dealer worker will stand trial on sexual assault charges stemming from complaints that he groped two women customers at the dealership.
The man was arrested and charged with the assault in October, and was bound over for trial earlier this week. The assaults happened at Oliver Tire Shop in Oceanside, and the defendant was fired after he was charged with the crimes.
He faces four years in prison if convicted.
He is accused of groping the customers both under and over their clothing while they waited for their vehicles to be serviced, Oceanside police said.
