With the addition of Feldmann, the board now consists of seven members.

Feldmann has also been appointed as the chairperson of the board’s audit committee and a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee.

Feldmann has served as president and founder of Jetty Lane Associates, a consulting firm, since December 2005. Previously, she served as the life sciences business development officer for the Boston law firm Palmer & Dodge, LLP from November 2003 to September 2005. Feldmann also spent 19 years with the accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), ultimately as national partner-in-charge of their life sciences practice.
