Countrywide Tire Launches New Website

Countrywide Tire has launched a brand-new website that offers its customers more ways to order and more automated features.

Countrywide Tire has launched a brand-new website that offers its customers more ways to order and more automated features.

“On the new website, customers will be able to key their orders directly into the site; or they can upload their spreadsheets directly, into our Import Order Tool. Customers can also download live price sheets with Countrywide Click” said Hannah Sanborn, communications manager.

The company said this is part of a larger effort to bring customers more options, so that if they choose, they can move away from older methods of purchasing and interfacing.

Featured on the site is a tool called the Container Order Builder or C.O.B. Using this tool, customers can put together and place their entire order online. They can even upload their own ordering spreadsheets directly, eliminating all keying.

“When I think back to our past, we were way ahead,” said Chad Isaacs, CEO. “We were one of the first in our market to do a website that you could interact with. Not just a catalog. You could place an order, or track an order. With Countrywide 3.0, we’re still leading the charge. We’re offering a new way of ordering called the Container Order Builder.   I don’t think anyone else has anything like it on their site right now.”

Earlier this year, Countrywide Tire launched it’s text message notifications programs: QuickAlerts and QuickNews. QuickAlerts offers fast updates on order status and shipping status; whereas QuickNews provides information about company promotions and new products releasing.
