Warehouse distributor Countrywide Tire & Rubber Co. has launched a new service to its customers. Distribution Network Affinity (DNA) is a “new umbrella program that will allow customers to customize shipments by item and location,” the company said.
Tying in with its existing direct container program, “What sets this program apart is that we can drive the shipment straight to the customers door exactly when they want it there using an extremely effective communication process,” according to Countrywide Tire vice president of sales Anne Housh.
“The development of DNA is just another example of how we are constantly listening to our customers’ needs. Pair this program with the most complete line of specialty products in the industry and it is unbeatable,” said Housh. “DNA will ultimately allow our customers to grow with us, control their profits, and provide them with a competitive edge in the industry.”
