Cooper Helps Overhaul Old Bronco

(Akron/Tire Review) Cooper Discoverer tires played a prominent role in a recent airing of The Learning Channel’s “Overhaulin’” car makeover show. The tires were installed on a 1968 Ford Bronco remodeled by automotive designer Chip Foose on the "Photo Shoot Fiasco" episode of the show.

In the episode, the Bronco is for a married couple, both of who lost their fathers within three weeks of each other. The couple feel the vehicle is a tribute to their fathers and wanted to restore the SUV.

"Using Cooper tires in this storyline gives us another opportunity for people to learn about our quality products," said Dave Craig, Cooper’s director of North American advertising. "The show provides an excellent platform to demonstrate our broad range of products in many different applications."
