Cooper Asia Earns Two Awards from China OEM

Cooper Tire Asia has earned the 2018 Statistical Quality Award and the Simultaneous Engineering (SE) Achievement Award from Great Wall Motors Company Limited. 

Cooper Tire Asia has earned the 2018 Statistical Quality Award and the Simultaneous Engineering (SE) Achievement Award from Great Wall Motors Company Limited.

The Statistical Quality Award is given by Great Wall to suppliers who apply statistical tools toward continuous improvement in the achievement of enhanced quality. The SE Achievement Award is presented to suppliers who contribute most to the optimization of each stage in the vehicle development process prior to mass production.

“We are proud to receive these two prestigious awards from Great Wall in recognition of Cooper’s outstanding performance in supplying great tires and improving quality and performance,” said Allen Tsaur, senior vice president & general manager of Asia Tire Operations. “We look forward to continued collaboration with Great Wall on further exciting projects and thank our customer for recognizing our efforts.”
