The Continental ExtremeContact DW earned the top spot on Tire Rack’s recent testing report of max performance summer tires.
Using a 2011 BMW E92 328i, Tire Rack testing compared the ExtremeContact DW with the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric, Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 and the Kumho Ecsta LE Sport.
The ExtremeContact DW posted a score of 7.55 on a 10-point scale.
“We’re very proud to have earned this coveted rating from Tire Rack,” said Bill Caldwell, vice president of consumer tire sales and marketing for Continental Tire the Americas. “This is the second time we’ve been recognized this year by Tire Rack for our tires’ outstanding performance. These test results affirm what we have known for years: Continental is leading the way in the innovation of ultra-high performance tires.”
