Continental AG plans to sell up to 1.25 billion euros of bonds due in six and eight years, according to a Bloomberg report.
Citigroup AG, Commerzbank AG, Goldmans Sachs Group Inc., ING Groep NV, Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg, Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc and UniCredit SpA are managing the sale of the notes, which are callable after three years. The bonds are being issued through Conti-Gummi Finance BV.
