Director of MarketingTire Pros
Quick Chadwick doesn’t necessarily consider himself a visionary; however, he does see things differently when it comes to helping Tire Pros dealers prosper. As a marketing leader, Chadwick is looking to design a “better mousetrap,” one that will simplify things for both the customer and the tire dealer. He also is the creative force behind Tire Pros’ brand awareness and marketing efforts.
“There is both a need and an innate desire to get back to simplicity,” Chadwick says. “You have to make the consumer experience simpler, easier and clutter-free. With everyone’s access to multiple phones, screens and channels, I like to use creative strategy to bring people back to simplicity.”
“Let’s face it – emotion drives the purpose in most retail transactions. When customers have strong relationships and emotions tied to their local tire dealer – someone locally invested in the community – it’s a powerful connection that’s difficult to duplicate when it’s not authentic,” he adds.
In his six years within the tire industry, Chadwick remains grateful to those who have mentored and inspired him, including Dan Brown (retiring president of Tire Pros), Dave Crawford (president and COO of Bobby’s Tire and former VP of operations at ATD/Tire Pros), and Bob Bittner (director of store operations for Tire Pros).
FUN FACT: When he’s not developing new marketing strategies for Tire Pros dealers, he enjoys bird watching in the woods and “Falcon watching” in the stadium – he’s been an Atlanta Falcons season ticket holder since 1999.
