Camso, formerly Camoplast Solideal, Has made several management changes. Pierre Marcouiller will take on a new role as executive chairman of the board and Thomas Boettcher has been promoted to president and CEO of Camso. These management changes will be effective April 1.
Marcouiller, who has served as CEO at Camso for 17 years, will focus on shaping the company’s long-term vision and growth opportunities as a member of the board. He will stay involved in defining Camso’s strategic orientations, and will take part in business reviews and special projects, the company said. He’ll also be responsible for mergers and acquisitions.

I will continue to embrace this amazing culture with all of our employees and work jointly with our new CEO to help create the next chapters of the Camso story,” Marcouiller said.
Boettcher, who is currently COO, will take over the role of president and CEO. Boettcher will define and guide the strategy of the company and align this with Camso operational teams.
“I take on this role with great enthusiasm and confidence, and start with a solid foundation from which we will elevate our offering to the market. We will continue providing the best products and services for the unique niche mobility needs of the off-the-road industry,” he said.
