After retiring its Dayton commercial truck tires brand in 2011, Bridgestone Commercial will officially launch its newly refreshed Dayton brand at the Mid America Trucking Show in Louisville, Ky., from March 26 to 28.
The brand refresh coincides with a new Dayton-branded marketing campaign entitled Tires for Truckers, according to Bridgestone.
“The campaign captures the spirit of commitment and determination exhibited by today’s truckers,” said Matt Loos, director of truck and bus marketing, Bridgestone Commercial. “They have a job to get done and deadlines to meet. They don’t have time for down time because if they aren’t moving, they aren’t earning. Our campaign, Tires for Truckers, gets to the heart of what we provide to these hard working individuals – affordable tires that keep them moving.”
In January, Bridgestone launched eight new Dayton-brand tires and a new website. It also announced a national advertising campaign for the revived Dayton brand.
