Bridgestone says its Blizzak WS70, to be released in July, offers peak performance not only on snow and ice, but also on wet and dry surfaces, creating a tire for all winter weather. The new tire will be available in 35 T-speed rated sizes ranging from 15 to 18 inches and 45 to 70 series.
Features include the company’s NanoPro-Tech compound that is more flexible in changes to temperature and improved Multicell technology for reliable snow and ice performance. For wet/dry performance, 3-D sipes improve block stiffness and contact area while four main grooves improve drainage and slush traction, Bridgestone says.
