In October, thousands of repair shops have collectively snapped over 9 million photos using Mobile Manager Pro. According to Bolt On Technology, Mobile Manager Pro has been credited with increasing shops’ repair orders by an average of 39%, and these photos are crucial to that success. By texting photos to their customers, shops have helped them understand the severity and need for service. In an industry often considered untrustworthy, photos give shops the ability to educate their customers, to show, rather than tell, what services their vehicles need.

Shops using Mobile Manager Pro are collectively taking over 25,000 photos a day. Bolt On expects that by the end of 2017, their shops will hit a total of 10 million photos taken.
