Big O Tires Franchisee Acquires Point S Location in Utah

The Grays acquired and converted the Pleasant Grove location to a Big O Tires franchise on July 1, which is the second anniversary of their Provo store.

A Big O Tires franchisors Steve, Cody and Weston Gray have acquired a five-bay Point S location in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Steve Gray started his career at Big O Tires over 25 years ago in Provo, Utah, working his way up to manager and finally purchasing the location in July 2019. Steve and Cody Gray are a husband and wife, Big O Tires says. Steve focuses on the front end of the house, and Cody on the bookkeeping and accounting side. The pair achieved $4 million in annual sales during their first year of ownership and wanted to invest in the brand further with their son, Weston, joining the family business.

The Grays acquired and converted the Pleasant Grove location to a Big O Tires franchise business model on July 1, which is the second anniversary of their Provo store. The shop maintained business as usual as it made renovations.

“We have big dreams, but our goal, at both locations, is and will continue to be to exceed the expectations of our customers, building lasting relationships by providing high-quality products at a great value and performing honest and worry-free tire and auto service.” Cody Gray said. “The community has embraced us with open arms and many customers have even made it a point to mention how excited they are to see Big O Tires come to Pleasant Grove.”

Since 1962, the Big O Tires brand has continued to evolve to offer franchisees a comprehensive program while empowering them to deliver legendary customer service, according to the company.
