Best-One Tire & Service has purchased four Terry’s Tire Town commercial facilities and one Bandag retread plant, expanding its presence in Northeast Ohio. The new locations, purchased from American Tire Distributors Holdings Inc., will become Great Lakes Best-One Tire & Service locations.

ATD acquired Terry’s and its assets in April.

Dave Hartman, director of commercial development for Best One said the expansion within Ohio is a positive strategic growth for the company.
James Brott, who managed the Terry’s Tire Town locations for 23 years, will serve as the managing partner for the newly established Great Lakes Best-One locations, the company said.

Great Lakes Best-One will offer commercial tires and service and will operate locations in Canton, Ohio; Girard, Ohio; Twinsburg, Ohio; and Alliance, Ohio. The company’s retreading facility will also operate out of Alliance, Ohio.
