AutoServe1 Inc. will be hosting the “Shop Floor Battleground” online training and coaching series beginning June 7.
The Shop Floor Battleground coaching program is a series of free, live training broadcasts led by Murray Voth, a 25 year veteran automotive service coach and shop owner. Based on Voth’s consulting and training programs, the series will present best practices for integrating the digital process into the analogue shop.
“When you open your own automotive shop there is a complete new set of skills and knowledge required to become a profitable and successful business,” said Murray Voth. “Creating a business that runs by itself, makes it easier to sell when it comes time to think about succession planning.”
The goal of the Shop Floor Battleground series is to enable shop owners with the skills they need to improve profitability, reduce stress, and make their shop the “Best Shop.” The first session will focus on seeing automotive service and repair from the customer’s point of view to understand the idea of “grudge payment.”
