ASA Automotive Systems said its 15th annual InfoExpo Conference, held Sept. 9-12 at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort and Spa in Tucson, Ariz., was one of the company’s largest and most successful user conferences to date.
The four-day conference drew more than 130 attendees and delivered some 30 sessions and 12 partner exhibits, along with special networking and social events. Expert sessions included a keynote address from Jody DeVere, CEO of AskPatty.com; industry best practices; technology tips and tricks; and details about new and upgraded software offerings from ASA. Other conference highlights included multiple user group meetings and a half day of advanced user training, ASA said. The conference’s “Solution Center” featured key technology partners and ASA representatives on-hand to answer clients’ questions.
ASA honored Commercial Tire of Meridian, Idaho, as the Dealer of the Year award winner “in recognition of the extraordinary things they’ve done with its technology over the past year,” according to ASA.
“Many of North America’s most successful tire dealers and auto repair shops depend on ASA’s innovative technology,” said Dave Vogel, ASA vice president of sales. “The challenging economic conditions and the changing marketplace make ASA’s annual InfoExpo conference a vital resource for our customers to network with peers, gain new technology insights about how to stay competitive in the market, and optimize the use of their mission critical business management software.”
