Tire Consultants Group has appointed automotive industry veteran Arthur Mayer to oversee the company’s new market research and business development unit.
Mayer joined TCG Sept 1, and in his role, he directs TCG market research and business development efforts.
He brings more than 30 years of experience in domestic and integration tire and professional services as well as market and competitive research, marketing, business development and strategic planning.
Mayer has a master’s degree in international business from the University of South Carolina and previously held jobs with the Freedonia Group, Ernst & Young’s Center for Business Knowledge, Pharmacia, Omnicom, Dealer Tire and Zephyr Research Partners.
