Andreoli & Associates Pairs With DriverSide

Dealer software company Andreoli & Associates Inc. said it has integrated its cloud-based HITS BPOS point-of-sale software with DriverSide’s Full-Service Online Garage software.
According to the company, DriverSide "automatically builds personalized online ‘garages’ using POS service history. Customers can access their garages, which have the look and feel of the dealer’s main website, and review both past service history and upcoming recommended maintenance."

The service also sends timely email service reminders, follow-up communications, and monthly e-newsletters promoting the dealership and improving the customer’s vehicle ownership and maintenance experience.

“Our dealers are looking for the most cost effective means of driving repeat business back to their shops,” said Mike Andreoli, president of A&A. “DriverSide proved its value at Upton Tire within the first month of implementation.”
