The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance has promoted Kellye L. Settles to headquarters relationship manager, a newly created position.
Settles has worked for the Alliance since October 2011 and held various management responsibilities, including the administration of human resource activities, the Alliance said.
“Kellye has consistently demonstrated a level of competency and professionalism in every assignment she has been given,” said John R. Washbish, president & CEO of the Alliance. “With this position she will be empowered to facilitate growth and the continual success of our entire group.”
In her new role, Settles will be responsible for all shareholder-facing duties including the chief coordinator for all board of directors activities and communications. Additionally, she will work as a liaison for the China Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance and the recently created Aftermarket Distributors Alliance. Settles will also support the developing opportunities with HDA Truck Pride and various other industry organizations.
Settles will continue to work as manager of all executive operations at the Alliance headquarters, which includes human resource management for those based out of the San Antonio office, the Alliance said.
