$25,000 Worth of Tires Stolen in Iowa City

(Chicago Tribune) Iowa City police are investigating the theft of $25,000 worth of tires from an Iowa City business.

The tires were stolen last weekend from Linder Tire Services. Company spokesman John Linder says mainly medium-sized truck tires were stolen from a warehouse, which was broken into through a hole cut in the side of the building.
