Yokohama Tire Corp.’s complete line of commercial truck tires can be equipped on any new Freightliner truck, according to the tiremaker.

“All our truck tires, including ultra wide-base, drive, trailer and steer/all-position, are now an option in Freightliner’s Data Book,” said Rick Phillips, Yokohama Tire Corp.’s vice president of sales. “This means when fleet owners are deciding on tires for a brand-new Freightliner truck, they now can include Yokohama in the mix. It’s part of our ‘focus on fleets’ initiative to make sure fleets can get the tires they want.”
