The conference features speakers teaching personal and professional development skills and education on the latest trends in the automotive industry, according to the Women’s Board. Additionally, networking opportunities are weaved into the entire event.

Scheduled speakers and topics include:

  • A panel on the international automotive industry with a discussion on challenges and opportunities overseas.

  • Speaker Pamela Gatto, owner and CEO of Gatto’s Tires and Auto Service and 2015 Female Shop Owner of the Year, will discuss her career in the industry.
  • Speaker Joel Ayers, executive director of the Aftermarket Foundation.

In addition to speakers, the Women’s Board will host a scholarship 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run.  This year’s winter session will also include a special session for younger attendees to network with YANG.

If you could boil this year's Continental Tire GOLD member meeting into one takeaway, it's that the tire manufacturer is putting a whole lot of effort into listening and responding to its dealer base.
