The Virginia Automotive Association will host its VAA 2018 Convention & Trade Expo the weekend of April 13-15 at the Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia. Deadline to register is March 22.
The weekend kicks off with golf, the popular VAA Open on Friday, April 13 on the historic Old Course.
Featured speakers at the event include: Richard Flint, who will lead a closed session for owners on “Hiring the Right People” and will be the closing keynote on Sunday; industry trainer Joe Ferguson on sales and service topics such as “Selling Maintenance”; and Bryan Stasch, V.P. of ATI on “Welcome to the Days of Digital.” VAA will also bring back the “Peer to Peer Roundtables” on Saturday. The Owner’s Roundtable will be moderated by Dave Zielasko, publisher and V.P. of Tire Business, and the Sales/Service Roundtable will be moderated by Stasch and Dave Crawford, industry veteran and contributing editor to Tire Review.
The trade expo and reception takes place Saturday evening. For those 40 and under, the Next Generation Automotive Professionals Reception will be held immediately following the Trade Expo.
