Toyo Tire USA Corp. has expanded its sponsorship of the Anaheim Ducks with a multi-year agreement that names the tiremaker the “Official Tire of the Anaheim Ducks.”
As the official tire of the hockey team, Toyo will have an increased presence at the Ducks’ home arena, located at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif.
Toyo’s name will be added to the marquee outside the Honda Center’s main entrance and Toyo’s logo will be featured on signage around the concourse and rotate on two LED rings before and after events. The arena’s new video board will also display Toyo’s name during events. The tiremaker will also continue to have its name on its original marquee outside the Honda Center and the Toyo logo will still be on dasherboards around the ice and on the stairs behind the team bench.
At each home game, fans will also be able to win the “Toyo Seat Upgrade” and the Ducks’ two Zambonis will be fitted with Toyo M-55 light truck tires, with one featuring Toyo’s logo.
“We are proud to support our home team Anaheim Ducks,” said Amy Coleman, senior director of marketing, Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. “Our partnership with the Ducks and Honda Center has helped us reach sports and entertainment fans not just in Southern California but across North America.”
