Tireco’s Milestar Brand Announces New Patagonia M/T Size

Milestar has announced a new 40X13.50R17 expansion size for the Patagonia M/T maximum traction tire for light truck, SUV and off-road vehicles.

Milestar has announced a new 40X13.50R17 expansion size for the Patagonia M/T maximum traction tire for light truck, SUV and off-road vehicles. This rugged mud-terrain tire is engineered to provide more added ground clearance with a 40” overall diameter for popular 17” wheel applications.

This Patagonia M/T utilizes a high void tread design that promotes self-cleaning capability to quickly expel mud and debris. Staggered off-center tread blocks provide increased traction while enhancing on the road performance. For added durability the all new 40X13.50R17 comes with three-ply sidewall, which provides added strength and impact protection.

“We are committed to supporting the truck segment and the off-road industry,” stated Andrew Hoit, Tireco’s vice president of sales and marketing. “The 40X13.5R17 size will help broaden our consumer reach and allow the Milestar brand to expand to additional enthusiast markets.”

The Patagonia M/T 40X13.5R17 will debut on a Jeep Wrangler rock crawler, at the 2017 SEMA Show and will be available in the first quarter of 2018.
